Marketing activities:
- Planning, conducting directly or through agency, monitoring and evaluating digital advertising campaigns.
- Coordinating with the brand department to propose and implement a digital campaign.
- Monitoring market trends, research customer’s behavior on online & mobile in order to adjust the plan.
- Contributing creative ideas, online marketing plans.
- Searching and refining information, editing articles related to fragrances, cosmetics, trends and events.
- Researching competitors & market from online channels.
- Analyzing and reporting on online marketing effectiveness.
Event / Activation management:
- Preparing, planning for new product launches, press conferences, sales programs.
- Searching, working and negotiating with appropriate partners to ensure budget and quality for events.
- Checking the quality of the finished product before and on the day of the event to ensure that all equipment and shelves meet the standards.
- To in-charge project related to VM and Counters.
- Develop strategies to find external customer databases from partners to extend current customer base.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure its effectiveness and maximizing outcome.
- Find new business development opportunities for company including corporate partnership & sponsorships.
Social management:
- Creating, updating content, posting articles (images, videos, status, notes, etc) for fanpage and other online marketing tools.
- Contacting KOLs, Beauty Blogger and Press for new product launch events.
- Deploying other tasks assigned from direct manager.
- Managing the budget of the channels as planned.
Stock Management & Reports:
- Learning and assisting line manager to build forecast, follow stock management.
- Based on the above tasks, build a daily, weekly, detailed task table.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or brand-related roles; experience in the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
- Strong interest in beauty trends, products, and consumer behavior.
- Experience in executing marketing activities such as product launches, promotions, events, and in-store activations.
- Understanding of brand management and ability to follow global brand guidelines from principals.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and media exposure (online and offline).
