Requirements

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead and support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal employee engagement initiatives and company-wide events, ensuring strong alignment with LUXASIA Values and culture (e.g. Buka Puasa, Halloween, New Year Party).
2. Drive employer branding projects by managing content calendars and social media posting—starting from ideation, storyline development, copywriting, visual briefing, and execution.
3. Conduct analysis of content performance and post-event evaluations to identify insights, trends, and areas for improvement—propose actionable recommendations.
4. Support employees and internal stakeholders with administrative needs including travel arrangements (air tickets and hotel bookings), per diem claims, and document filing.
5. Assist day-to-day operational requirements, including vendor sourcing and management for food & beverages, training programs, office supplies, and negotiating pricing where needed.
6. Participate in onboarding activities and help curate a memorable employee journey.
7. Perform any ad-hoc tasks required to support daily operations and contribute to LUXASIA’s collective KPI within the Talent & Excitement Division.

Requirements

1. University graduate or final-year student with thesis completed and full availability (no active classes).
2. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written); English is a must.
3. Detail-oriented, fast-paced, and able to deliver high-quality output with strong sense of accountability.
4. Creative, energetic, and confident—comfortable engaging with large groups and occasionally becoming the center of attention.
5. Strong analytical mindset with good command of Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, and numbers-driven thinking.
6. Highly collaborative, a true team player who reflects and spreads the company’s RESPECT Values.
7. AI-savvy, curious, and proactive in adopting digital tools to improve workflows (e.g., Canva, ChatGPT, project boards).
8. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage timelines and multiple activities simultaneously.
9. Passion in beauty and interest in luxury retail is a plus.
