About the Role
We’re looking for an integration-focused Intermediate QA to join our North American Quality Assurance team. Reporting to the Manager of QA, you’ll be ensuring the accuracy and reliability of POS and financial data integrations that power MealSuite’s operational ecosystem, helping teams deliver seamless, trustworthy reporting and elevated customer experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Drive POS integration quality assurance – validate imports, exports, and data flows between POS systems and financial platforms.
- Maintain customer data confidence – validate custom reports and data before delivery to customers to minimize support incidents
- Support integrations – collaborate closely with integration specialists and developers to identify and resolve gaps and inconsistencies
- Improve our processes – recommend improvements to the QA processes to create seamless POS and financial reporting
- Manage product performance – Conduct regression testing for updates and new integrations, and log, track, and verify fixes for bugs related to POS interfaces and fintech user stories.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience with quality assurance fundamentals, methodologies, and automation tools for both manual and automated testing.
- Experience with POS systems integrations, including import/export validation, data flows, and financial data structures and reporting standards.
- Strong familiarity with Jira and advanced SQL skills for data integrity validation.
- An able analytical mindset with a penchant for problem-solving, clear and concise reporting and collaborative skills, and high attention to accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required)
Compensation: $65,000–$85,000 CAD per year
This role requires working onsite in our Cambridge office two days per week. If you’re more than an hour away, apply anyway we’re open to discussing options.
