Role
Reporting directly to the GM People and Culture, you will be the primary HR Partner for the VIC / TAS Senior Operations Manager. You will provide strategic and operational advice that connects people outcomes to business performance. You will regularly visit sites to understand the business and emerging people issues and translate these into practical and actionable people solutions.
