Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support in German for inquiries related to digital payment solutions via multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Help customers understand our products, resolve payment issues, and ensure a seamless payment experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries effectively and enhance service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Gather customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements in processes and services.
• Stay up-to-date with digital payment technologies and industry trends to inform customers appropriately.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer support, particularly in the financial or digital payments sector, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
