Be part of shaping how AI transforms how we work. You’ll scout emerging AI technologies, pilot new tools, and coordinate cross-departmental adoption projects. A key focus will be managing and enhancing our internal Knowledge Hub — ensuring information flows seamlessly and employees can leverage AI to its fullest.
What you will do :
- Support company-wide rollout of AI tools and features to drive adoption and usage
- Monitor AI tool adoption metrics, usage trends, and employee feedback
- Assist in identifying emerging AI tools with potential business impact
- Coordinate and support employee training sessions and enablement initiatives
- Maintain and enhance the company Knowledge Hub content, structure, and usability
- Support LLM integrations to improve search, content relevance, and knowledge retrieval
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI tools with business workflows
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track adoption, engagement, and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or Information Systems
- Coursework or certifications in AI tools, prompt engineering, or ML fundamentals (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret adoption and performance data
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; Power BI or Tableau is a plus
- Hands-on experience with generative AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic)
- Familiarity with knowledge bases (Confluence, SharePoint, Guru)
- Experience with collaboration and project tools (Notion, Slack, Microsoft 365, Asana, Jira)
- Curious mindset with interest in linking data insights to business value
