About the Role
The role of Value Proposition & Market Insights Manager is responsible for defining and evolving Mondia’s subscription marketplace offerings across different markets and tenants.
This role owns the understanding of consumer audiences, tenant objectives, and partner economics to design differentiated value propositions—including partner mix, pricing logic, and positioning—that maximize revenue, engagement, and brand loyalty.
Acting as the bridge between market insight and commercial execution, this role directly influences go-to-market strategies, partner selection, and monetization models
Responsibilities :
- Own market and consumer insight generation for assigned tenants and markets, with a focus on audience segmentation, needs, and willingness to pay
- Define market-specific value propositions by recommending:
- Optimal partner mix
- Optimal pricing and discount structures
- Evaluate existing and potential partners based on audience fit, perceived value, and commercial impact
- Analyse competitive subscription offers and benchmark positioning across markets
- Translate insights into clear commercial recommendations for Commercial, Product, and Partner teams
- Support go-to-market strategies by defining positioning, messaging pillars, and offer differentiation
- Build and maintain value-proposition frameworks, personas, and market playbooks
- Act as a strategic counterpart to Commercial leadership on offer design and monetization options
