In this role, you will utilize your extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform to design and implement advanced solutions that drive efficiency and improve client outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical designs for ServiceNow solutions.
- Architect, design, and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Lead solution development, ensuring integration with other systems and adherence to security and compliance standards.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to developers and project teams throughout the entire implementation process.
- Perform system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectures, configurations, and process workflows.
- Keep abreast of the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to recommend enhancements and optimizations.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect or Platform Architect, specifically with ServiceNow.
- In-depth understanding of ServiceNow modules, capabilities, and architecture.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for the effective engagement of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly preferred.
