As a Collections Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Communicating effectively with customers to follow up on due and overdue installments.
• Encouraging customers to make payments and resolve outstanding balances.
• Conducting field visits to customer homes or workplaces as needed to facilitate collections.
• Negotiating payment plans and solutions that benefit both the customer and the company.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and payment statuses.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required in any field.
• We seek individuals who can adapt and perform effectively in physically demanding field environments.
• Capable of managing physical tasks and mobility for fieldwork.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate successfully.
• Proven effectiveness in follow-up activities.
• Exceptional skills in communication and persuasion.
• Capacity for self-driven work and independence.
• Competent in utilizing computer systems.
• Preferably possesses some data analysis skills.
• Possesses a strong reputation and is acknowledged for integrity.
• Locations as follows: Zagazig, Al Asher of Ramadan, Shubra El Khima ,Port Said, Behera, Alexandria & Cairo.
