The Specialist, Digital Streaming is responsible for coordinating, tracking, and executing the creation, delivery, and optimization of content across digital platforms. This role requires strong expertise in digital media, livestreaming technologies, and audience engagement strategies to ensure high‑quality user experiences across Telemundo’s digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain Telemundo, Universo App and Peacock: Ensure seamless delivery of streaming content, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform daily tasks.
- Maintain, optimize, and enhance Telemundo.com series pages to drive performance, discoverability, and user engagement
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues: Identify and resolve technical problems, such as content delivery issues.
- Collaborate with other teams: work with ops, product, programming and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Analyze & optimize Telemundo app & Peacock performance: Monitor key performances indicators (KPIs), such as streaming quality, latency and user engagement, and develop data-driven strategies to optimize performance.
- Support Peacock transition efforts and participate in related planning and communication.
- Develop and maintain streaming content calendar and Content Bible and ensure relevant stakeholders have latest information
- Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies: Maintain knowledge of the latest digital streaming technologies and trends to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Support acquisitions efforts: Assist in evaluating and acquiring new content and managing content delivery
- Works under the direct supervision of the Director, Digital Streaming and is responsible for completing any other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism/Mass Communication or equivalent practical experience in digital media, marketing, or television production.
- Full fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in news & entertainment content, livestreaming, video production, or digital content creation
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with external partners and internal teams.
- Proven ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and driving solutions.

- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
