About the Role
We are seeking a Head of People Enablement to lead, scale, and evolve our global People Enablement function. This role will own payroll, employee relations, global mobility, and compliance, while setting the strategic direction for operational maturity as the company grows. You will build structure, uplift service delivery, and ensure a consistent, compliant, high-trust People Enablement environment across all regions.
