Requirements

🧩 Previous experience in customer support or a similar role.

✍️ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Turkish.

✍️ Minimum B2 level English, both written and verbal.

🧘‍♂️ Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused mindset.

🤝 Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

⏱️Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
