The opportunity

Due to team growth, we are seeking x2 Transfers Officers.

The Custody team are the guardians of the Netwealth Superannuation Master Fund and Netwealth Wrap Services, ensuring investments are safe and secure. Our team works closely with the Investment Operations department, actioning their requests to manage and settle investment transactions swiftly and accurately.

We thrive on precision, adhering to SLAs and providing quarterly reports to ensure reliability. You'll be at the forefront of administering the ASX securities and Managed Funds systems, collaborating with fund managers and registries to ensure seamless operations.

We also guarantee that Netwealth complies with ASX settlement rules, making our role crucial for maintaining market integrity. If you're passionate about finance and want to be part of a team that makes a real impact, this role is for you!

About You

• You have understanding and experience with systems like Web, Appian, CHAMP, and other in-house systems

• You demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• You are customer and client focused

• You are confident and strong in your organisational skills

• You are passionate about problem-solving and analysis

• You have previous experience in the finance industry (not essential, but it is a bonus)

• You have the ability and enthusiasm to work autonomously
