About the role:
The Associate, Actuarial supports pricing for several ACA markets and leads efforts to maintain pricing and plan design modeling. The Associate is a critical partner to Market P&L, Insurance Product and other Analytic support functions for consultation of regional specific pricing, network and product strategy. They also support the regulatory submission process, support plan design compliance, and are responsible to ensure pricing is actuarially sound.
You will report into the Manager, Actuarial.
Work Location: This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid
Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $113,600 - $149,100 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.
