This role is hybrid, with the expectation to work in-office at least one day per week at our Venice, California headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- In close collaboration with the VP of Marketing, build and execute 360° integrated marketing campaigns that align brand and product campaigns creative with commercial calendars and deliver against key business goals.
- Own the omnichannel marketing calendar, syncing campaigns, promotions, and retail activations across all channels including DTC and retail.
- Partner closely with Sales and E-Commerce to harmonize messaging, pricing, and promotional strategies for cohesive consumer experiences.
- Lead cross-functional go-to-market planning for new product launches, ensuring alignment across Creative, Brand, and Product Marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent campaign storytelling across paid, owned, and earned media.
- Analyze performance and optimize campaigns to drive growth and engagement.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and interdepartmental communication to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.
