We’re looking for a Creative Coordinator to support our creative production process by sourcing and managing creators, coordinating with brands, and ensuring creative deliverables are reviewed and executed on time. This role works closely with the Creative Strategist and plays an important part in keeping projects organized, moving smoothly, and aligned with expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Source and onboard creators/influencers based on project needs and brand guidelines
- Manage creator communication and coordinate deliverables from start to finish
- Liaise with brands to align on briefs, expectations, approvals, and timelines
- Track projects, deadlines, and content submissions to ensure smooth execution
- Review creative content and ensure it aligns with the brief and quality standards
- Support the Creative Strategist by coordinating tasks, feedback, and revisions
- Maintain documentation, creator lists, project trackers, and workflow updates
- Assist with day-to-day coordination to ensure projects stay on schedule
Requirements
Must-Have
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (Creative Coordinator, Creative Project Coordinator, Content Coordinator, Project Assistant, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable coordinating with creators, internal teams, and external brand partners
- Ability to review creative content and follow guidelines/checklists
- Detail-oriented and proactive with follow-ups and timelines
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in a creative agency or ecommerce brand environment
- Familiarity with content workflows such as UGC, influencer content, or paid social creatives
- Experience using tools like Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, Slack, Monday/Trello/Asana
