Our client is building a nationwide network of independent assembly and installation contractors. We're seeking a proactive Partner Outreach Assistant to recruit, onboard, and grow their contractor partner network across multiple states.
What You'll Do
Partner Recruitment
- Proactively reach out to independent assembly/installation contractors to join the network
- Pitch the partnership opportunity and communicate the value proposition effectively
- Manage your own outreach pipeline and track recruitment progress
Onboarding & Network Growth
- Onboard new contractor partners and get them set up in the system
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing contractors
- Grow the contractor network strategically across multiple states
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and sales skills to effectively recruit contractor partners
- Ability to work independently and manage your own outreach activities
- Familiarity with sales prospecting tools and software (CRMs, dialer apps, outreach platforms)
- Strong English communication skills with a neutral accent
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up abilities
- Comfortable making high-volume outreach calls and emails
Compensation
- Base salary + Commission: Earn per new contractor successfully recruited and onboarded
