As a Senior Business Consultant you will leverage deep industry expertise in financial services - particularly mortgage lending or conveyancing; and digital transformation - to lead complex customer engagements from pre‑sales discovery through to go‑live and ongoing optimisation. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how our customers (inc. partners) adopt the PEXA platform and broader group services, ensuring alignment to both their transformation agendas and PEXA’s strategic direction.
Operating as a trusted advisor, you will frequently represent PEXA to senior customer stakeholders, industry partners and at external events. You will also act as an internal leader, continuously driving excellence in our frameworks, methodologies and collateral, ensuring they remain fit for scale.
Your responsibilities begin well before a project formally commences during pre‑sales where you will:
·Lead discovery and scoping engagements with C‑suite and senior business and operational stakeholders.
·Deliver compelling, insight‑driven product demonstrations.
·Work with the PEXA Customer and Product teams to create business cases and value propositions that align with customer needs.
As customer programmes progress, you will:
·Define and lead detailed solution design activities.
·Help customers to create seamless and robust solutions, shaping customer operating models as needed, to maximise value realisation from PEXA adoption.
·Provide delivery assurance by acting as the senior liaison between customer stakeholders and internal teams to navigate complex transformation journeys.
Post go‑live, you will:
·Drive continuous improvement and benefits realisation by working with customers to align their roadmap with that of the PEXA platform.
·Influence PEXA’s product direction through insight‑driven feedback, ensuring that we continue to meet the needs of the market, delighting our users and the end consumer.
