- Create and maintain clear project plans and timelines while coordinating between internal delivery teams, technical teams, and external stakeholders.
- Provide structured communication, status updates, and visibility throughout the project lifecycle to ensure a positive partner experience.
- Represent Playtech professionally in all external interactions, maintaining a strong sense of ownership and accountability for each project.

- Have at least 2+ years of experience in managing and coordinating projects in the IT industry, preferably in an international work environment.
- Have great English skills.
- Have previous experience working with MS Office Tools, Monday and Jira.
- Communicate clearly and confidently, giving stakeholders trust in your handling of timelines, challenges, and expectations.
- Have a strong sense of ownership and independence.
- Are an organiser by nature and have great prioritising skills.
- Have the ability to see the big picture and find the best solutions to different challenges.
