- Possess intermediate or higher proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrate clear and well‑structured verbal and written communication.
- Are able to analyze application and system logs.
- Bring strong troubleshooting and investigation skills.
- Have a basic understanding of network communications and protocols, including HTTP(S), TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and load balancing.
- Have Linux CLI knowledge and experience.
