- Have 2+ years of experience in L2 production application support
- Possess good Linux knowledge and hands‑on experience
- Have Kubernetes basics
- Understand network communications and protocols, including HTTP(S), WebSocket, TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and load balancing
- Bring strong troubleshooting and investigation skills
- Understand monitoring principles, alerting, performance, and healthiness metrics
- Have hands‑on experience with visualization tools, such as Kibana and Grafana
- Have experience using CI/CD tools and processes, including Git, Jenkins, and Argo CD
- Possess intermediate English proficiency or higher
