Job Description
ProArch is seeking a QA Engineer (Manual) to join our growing Digital Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building , maintaining and executing comprehensive manual testing for end-to-end quality validation. You will collaborate closely with development, product, and DevOps teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough manual testing on software applications to identify any bugs or issues
- Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and timelines
- Create and execute test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues, working closely with the development team to resolve them
- Perform regression testing to ensure the stability of software releases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the end-to-end processes and identify areas for improvement
- Continuously update testing procedures and documentation to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Web Services testing using SoapUI, verify API results using Postman, and have knowledge of Web Service Studio.
- An active participation in all the SCRUM ceremonies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Manual QA or similar role with 5 – 8 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Extensive knowledge of bug-tracking tools and test case management tools
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
