Role Summary
We are looking for a highly disciplined and organized Training Success Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in training delivery, coordination, or roles with significant logistical responsibilities. This is not a senior position; the salary and scope are aligned to someone who is early in their career but already has solid foundational experience.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent client support skills, and the ability to assist instructors and participants throughout the entire training experience.
In addition to training support, this role requires hands-on logistical experience: preparing, assembling, and shipping training materials; coordinating courier services and customs processes; and ensuring timely delivery for programs across Latin America.
This position is based in Bogotá, Colombia, and candidates must be able to attend the office located on Carrera 7 as needed for material preparation, shipping, onsite tasks, or other in-person activities.
Facilitate activities in virtual or in-person classrooms, demonstrating strong communication skills and effective group management. Provide real-time support to the instructor, address participant questions, and resolve technical issues on Zoom, Teams, or similar platforms during virtual sessions.
Coordinate preparation meetings with clients and instructors.
Prepare, assemble, pack, and ship training materials nationally and internationally.
Manage logistics for shipments, coordinate with courier companies, track deliveries, verify receipt, and handle customs processes when applicable.
Coordinate in-person events: room setup, materials, vendor and hotel coordination, technical checks, etc.
Document course closures, attendance, feedback, and databases required by clients, finance, and internal teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact before, during, and after the training program.
Address participant inquiries, provide guidance on Prosci tools, and maintain a professional and positive relationship with corporate clients.
Manage multiple priorities with calm, empathy, and strong service orientation.
Collaborate with instructors and teams across Latin America, adapting to different time zones.
Be available to travel within and outside Colombia depending on program or project needs.
