Key Responsibilities:
- Migrate and standardize existing documentation from Wiki to Confluence, ensuring structure, consistency, and alignment with internal guidelines.
- Create, update, and maintain user manuals, guides, and other internal documentation materials.
- Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and project managers to collect and validate technical information.
- Set up and manage Jira boards to support project tracking and documentation workflows.
- Ensure clarity, accuracy, and linguistic quality in all English-language documentation.
- Track document versions and manage updates throughout their lifecycle.
Requirements:
- University degree in IT, engineering, communications, or related field.
- Proven experience with Confluence and Jira.
- Experience working with internal documentation and technical writing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian.
- Familiarity with documentation standards (Markdown, XML, DITA).
- Ability to understand IT systems, processes, and business requirements.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the financial or banking sector.
- Knowledge of agile project environments.
