Responsibilities:
- Define, own, and communicate the target architecture and long-term strategy for the warehouse solutions (WMS, MFR, etc.);
- Lead vendor/partner engineers; challenge designs, run quality reviews, and enforce standards/SLA;
- Drive reusable, maintainable custom development (microservices, event-driven, APIs) for warehouse automation and integration;
- Plan releases and migrations; manage dependencies, technical debt, and incident/problem/change processes;
- Ensure observability, performance, and security; track technical KPIs and drive improvements;
- Collaborate with SAP and non-SAP teams to align integrations;
- Accountable for technical solutions and systems in the B2C warehouse and returns domain;
- Mentor and guide internal and external engineers and solution experts, promoting effective ways of working and driving continuous technical improvement;
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in logistics/warehouse engineering; proven leadership as technical authority for Warehouse and automation ecosystems;
- Strong architecture skills (distributed systems, integration patterns, messaging, APIs);
- Experience steering external system integrators; rigorous code quality and reliability practices;
- Familiarity with SAP integration patterns;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; fluent English
