We’re looking for an experienced Candidate Resourcer to support the sourcing and engagement of mid to senior-level professionals for contract and permanent roles in the UK. Working remotely from South Africa, you’ll be joining a high-performing recruitment team with a strong presence across multiple sectors.
This position focuses on qualified, professional-level candidates where precision, professionalism, and consultative sourcing are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Source mid to senior-level professionals for permanent and contract placements in the UK.
- Engage in structured candidate outreach using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and databases.
- Qualify candidates through in-depth screening conversations.
- Collaborate with UK-based recruiters to understand complex job briefs and talent requirements.
- Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and strong relationship management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of candidate sourcing experience, in mid-senior level roles.
- Prior international experience within English-speaking countries is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour.
- Experienced using LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM systems.
- Capable of managing multiple roles with attention to detail and urgency.
- Self-disciplined, proactive, and highly organised.
- Must have a laptop, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace.
