Job Purpose
The Marketing Intern will support the execution and optimization of marketing operations through administrative coordination, quality assurance of materials, and data management. Support the maintenance and QA of our marketing collateral. Manage and update marketing databases. Assist in the production and QA of print materials. Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure team coordination and inter-department collaboration. Collaborating with internal teams, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned
Your Impact: What You’ll Do
- Project Management: Help keep marketing projects on track. You might create task lists, manage deadlines, and monitor progress to identify and solve any roadblocks that arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Play a key role in tracking the performance of marketing campaigns. You'll help collect data, generate reports, and identify trends and areas for improvement. This will provide valuable insights to inform future marketing decisions.
- Process Improvement: Look for ways to streamline the marketing team's workflows and make them more efficient. You might suggest new tools or processes to help the team work smarter, not harder.
- Engagement Support: Assist with planning and supporting marketing engagements. This could involve tasks like coordinating with the engagement team, managing vendors, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly on the scheduled events.
What We’re Looking For: Skills & Experience
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
