Role Overview
The Account Executive will serve as a key client-facing partner responsible for driving the sales pipeline and converting prospects into long-term customers. This role focuses on understanding client problems and clearly demonstrating how the platform solves critical business needs, particularly for startup clients where the software plays a central operational role.
Key Responsibilities
Engage inbound and outbound leads and convert them into customers
Conduct online software presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients
Guide customers through the full lifecycle, including sales and delivery coordination
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume
Build trust-based relationships by clearly communicating product value and solutions
Qualifications
3–5 years of demonstrated experience selling business software
Excellent communication skills
Strong desire to succeed and take ownership of results
Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
Creative problem-solving ability
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
