This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Our client is building a large-scale inspirational and personal development media brand centered on awareness, alignment, purpose, and living well. Their content strategy focuses on delivering high-volume, consistent short-form video content designed to inspire, educate, and engage audiences across major social platforms through both AI-generated and real human influencer content.

Role Overview

The Content Creator (Video Focused) will be responsible for executing daily short-form video content across multiple social platforms using a combination of AI-generated videos and real human influencer footage.

This role owns end-to-end content execution, including script handling, video generation, editing, posting, optimization, and weekly performance reporting. It is a high-output, execution-focused role that requires strong organization, consistency, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production & Editing

• Generate AI-based videos using provided scripts and approved tools

• Ensure AI videos have natural pacing, clean visuals, accurate subtitles, and consistent tone

• Edit green-screen videos from real human influencers by removing backgrounds, adding clean or branded backgrounds, applying light visual polish, and adding subtitles

Content Execution & Posting

• Execute daily posting of 10 total videos per day (5 AI-generated and 5 human influencer videos)

• Distribute content evenly across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

• Write and format captions aligned with the brand’s tone and messaging

• Upload, schedule, and publish content 7 days per week

Quality Control & Organization

• Ensure consistent formatting, subtitles, and visual quality across all posts

• Maintain organized content folders and clear naming conventions

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track weekly performance metrics including views, saves, shares, follower growth, and high-performing themes

• Submit one weekly performance summary report

Qualifications

Experience

• Experience managing Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

• Hands-on experience creating and scaling short-form video content

• Experience using AI video generation tools such as HeyGen, Caption, Synthesia, or similar

• Experience editing short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut

Skills

• Strong video editing and short-form optimization skills

• High level of organization and ability to manage high-volume output

• Ability to follow structured instructions precisely

• Strong attention to detail and execution quality

• Reliable internet connection and consistent availability

• Experience creating and formatting subtitles
