The E-mail Marketer will own the execution, optimization, and performance of email marketing and automation programs using Klaviyo. This role focuses on building and managing workflows, advanced segmentation, deliverability, and performance reporting to improve engagement, conversions, and lifecycle efficiency. The ideal candidate is both operational and analytical, capable of managing email campaigns end-to-end while leveraging clean data to drive smarter targeting and personalization at scale.
Build, manage, and optimize email workflows and automations in Klaviyo, including welcome series, abandoned cart flows, product recommendations, and re-engagement campaigns.
Develop and maintain behavior-based segmentation to improve targeting, personalization, and conversion performance.
Execute email campaigns aligned with business objectives, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and conversion-focused delivery.
Maintain strong deliverability practices to maximize inbox placement and engagement.
Track and analyze email performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
Produce clear, executive-level performance reporting with actionable insights and recommendations.
Use performance data to continuously refine workflows, segmentation, and campaign strategy.
Maintain clean, accurate, and well-segmented customer lists within Klaviyo.
Analyze customer behavior, lifecycle stages, and engagement trends to improve targeting effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure email initiatives align with broader marketing efforts and data standards.
Build complete email templates end-to-end, including layout, formatting, and Klaviyo implementation.
Work with copy and creative direction provided by the team to produce polished, on-brand, and conversion-oriented emails.
Collaborate with internal design resources as needed, while maintaining the ability to independently execute full template production to support speed and scale.
2+ years of hands-on experience working with Klaviyo, including workflow setup, segmentation, and performance measurement.
Proven experience managing email campaigns from concept through execution, including A/B testing and optimization.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and lifecycle strategy.
Proficiency in email analytics and reporting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience working with large, well-structured datasets to support advanced segmentation and personalization.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and time management.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of email programs end-to-end.
Clear communicator comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with a bias toward testing, learning, and continuous improvement.
