The company is focused on driving direct-to-consumer revenue through data-driven paid media strategies, full-funnel optimization, and disciplined experimentation across acquisition channels.
Fully remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST/CST
The Paid Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing and scaling paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and additional performance channels. This role is highly execution-focused, with ownership over campaign performance, optimization, and reporting. The primary objective is to drive profitable growth by improving ROAS, customer acquisition efficiency, and full-funnel performance.
Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and social platforms.
Own targeting, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and creative testing.
Scale high-performing campaigns while identifying and pausing underperforming initiatives.
Use Performance Max campaigns, and able to set up manual campaigns.
Track and analyze key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, and funnel performance.
Use performance data to continuously optimize campaigns and inform scaling decisions.
Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop and refine ad assets based on performance insights.
Stay current on advertising platform updates, policy changes, and compliance requirements.
Weekly reports and daily updates on ad performance.
3+ years of hands-on paid media experience managing campaigns on Google and Meta.
Proven experience running performance-driven e-commerce campaigns.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into action.
Proficiency in paid media optimization across search and social platforms.
Experience managing budgets, testing creatives, and optimizing full-funnel performance.
Familiarity with additional platforms such as Bing or X is a plus.
Knowledge of regulated advertising environments is a plus.
Consistently profitable and scalable paid media campaigns.
Clear, actionable reporting that informs optimization and growth decisions.
Improved ROAS and customer acquisition efficiency over time.
