Role Overview
The Paid Media Specialist will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, with potential expansion into additional platforms. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for day-to-day campaign management, performance monitoring, and collaboration with internal teams to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
Own day-to-day paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, with potential expansion into TikTok, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn
Manage budget pacing, campaign setup, and basic optimization to meet performance goals
Implement and manage retargeting campaigns within Google Ads
Execution & Performance Support
Execute campaign build-outs using predefined strategies and structures
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including CPL, CAC, ROAS, and CTR
Support testing of new digital marketing channels as needed
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with the Analytics team and internal stakeholders to align execution with broader marketing objectives
Report directly to the CMO with regular updates, insights, and recommendations
Collaborate with creative and copywriting teams to maximize campaign effectiveness
Qualifications
Experience
4–5 years of hands-on PPC experience with a strong DTC background
Experience managing small-budget campaigns in fast-paced, execution-driven environments
Skills
Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
Familiarity with Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Ads (bonus, not required)
Strong attention to detail for managing and reconciling campaign operations
Execution-focused mindset with a results-driven approach
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve
