The PPC Specialist will be responsible for independently managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts. This role requires full ownership of performance, from campaign setup through ongoing optimization and scaling, while managing meaningful daily ad budgets with a focus on profitability.
You will operate autonomously day to day while maintaining close alignment with leadership. Occasional client interaction may be required, making clear communication and an understanding of client dynamics essential. This role is ideal for an agency-experienced operator who is motivated by results and takes pride in delivering consistent, profitable outcomes.
Independently manage Google Ads accounts from campaign setup through ongoing optimization and scaling
Build, test, and refine search, display, and remarketing campaigns with a strong focus on efficiency and return on ad spend
Conduct keyword research, develop ad copy, and optimize bidding and targeting strategies
Oversee and scale meaningful daily ad spend across multiple client accounts while maintaining profitability
Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively identify optimization opportunities
Analyze performance data to uncover trends, insights, and areas to reduce wasted spend
Take full ownership of campaign outcomes, not just execution tasks
Clearly communicate performance updates, insights, and recommended next steps to leadership
Participate in occasional client conversations, explaining strategy and results in a clear and confident manner
Maintain organized documentation around campaign structures, performance changes, and optimization decisions
Work closely with leadership to align paid media efforts with broader business and client goals
Apply best practices consistently while adapting strategies to client-specific performance objectives
Proven experience managing Google Ads accounts in an agency environment
Demonstrated success managing accounts with meaningful daily ad spend
Experience working across multiple client accounts and industries
Strong understanding of performance-driven Google Ads strategy and optimization
Ability to manage campaigns independently and make confident optimization decisions
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to explain performance metrics and decisions to non-technical stakeholders
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and performance orientation
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously
Campaigns are structured cleanly and optimized efficiently from the outset
Accounts reach and maintain profitability through disciplined testing and optimization
Budgets scale confidently once performance benchmarks are met
Leadership and clients trust your judgment, communication, and performance ownership
You operate as a true performance partner rather than a task-based executor
