Our client is a growing organization focused on expanding its sales pipeline and strengthening outbound sales efforts. The team is building a scalable sales development function designed to generate qualified opportunities and support long-term revenue growth. This role plays a critical part in helping the sales team reach new prospects, open conversations, and create a strong foundation for future revenue.

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for driving top-of-funnel sales activity through outbound prospecting and lead qualification. This role focuses on initiating conversations with prospective customers, identifying potential opportunities, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team.
The SDR will work closely with sales leadership to ensure outreach efforts align with company messaging, targeting, and qualification standards. This position is ideal for a proactive, execution-focused individual who is comfortable with outbound outreach and thrives in a structured sales process.
Execute outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging
Research and target prospective accounts based on defined ideal customer profiles
Follow established outreach cadences and messaging frameworks
Maintain consistent daily outreach activity to support pipeline growth
Engage prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and level of interest
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to assess sales readiness
Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team, ensuring clear context is shared during handoff
Document qualification details to support effective sales conversations
Accurately log outreach activity, conversations, and follow-up actions in the CRM
Maintain clean and up-to-date lead records, including statuses and next steps
Track outreach performance and contribute to reporting on meetings booked and lead quality
Work closely with sales leadership to align on targeting, messaging, and qualification standards
Incorporate feedback to improve outreach effectiveness and lead quality
Stay aligned with evolving sales processes and best practices
Previous experience in a sales development, business development, or inside sales role
Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting, including cold calling and email outreach
Experience engaging with business decision-makers in a B2B environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups simultaneously
Comfort using CRM systems to track activity and manage leads
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient with the ability to handle rejection
Coachable, open to feedback, and consistent in day-to-day execution
Consistently meeting or exceeding outreach and meeting-setting goals
Delivering well-qualified, sales-ready opportunities to the sales team
Maintaining accurate CRM records and timely follow-ups
Receiving positive feedback from sales leadership on lead quality and communication
Demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and strong execution
