Talent Acquisition Partner

Smartly is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to help grow our team! As a part of our Global Talent Acquisition team, you will work to elevate and scale product and engineering teams in Helsinki and Berlin. Day to day, you will focus on full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, building pipelines, and managing candidates through the whole recruitment process.

For you to be successful in this role, we expect you to grasp and take an interest in our company culture, our domain, and understand how these factors drive and shape recruiting and employee practices. Please note that the expectation is that you will work three days per week from the Helsinki office.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles within R&D (product engineering, infrastructure and data) as well as supporting Commercial and G&A hiring when needed.
• Work closely with hiring managers, leadership, and the global people team to strategically build high-performing, diverse teams.
• Create a best-in-class candidate experience, from first outreach to offer stage.
• Actively source for the roles, ensuring inclusive and well-balanced pipelines.
• Identify top talent and continuously refine and optimize our interview processes to improve quality of hire and reduce time-to-hire.
• Train teams to become better in recruiting, ensuring the quality of hires.
• Help maintain our company culture amongst a fast-growing team
• Develop new innovative ways to reach new talent.

We are looking for you if you have:

• Several years of experience from working as a full-cycle recruiter.
• High volume recruitment experience supporting mid to senior level technical roles.
• Extensive hands-on sourcing experience across various seniority levels, with the ability to creatively and proactively identify and engage top talent.
• Experience working with ATS/HRIS systems (Greenhouse and Workday experience is a plus).
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth scale-up environment.
• Take ownership mentality and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Willingness and availability to work from our Helsinki office three days a week
