SmartStay is a holiday homes company that offers luxury furnished apartments in prime locations like Downtown Dubai. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Platforms & Listings Coordinator to take full ownership of our OTA (Online Travel Agency) presence across Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and other platforms.
The Role: Platforms & Listings Coordinator
You will manage SmartStay’s online presence end-to-end, ensuring every listing is accurate, brand-consistent, and optimized to perform at its highest potential. You will monitor performance, drive improvements through data insights and A/B testing, and maintain compliance across all platforms.
You will coordinate AirCover and damage claims, ensuring issues are documented, tracked, and resolved efficiently. By supporting both revenue and risk management, you play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and trust.
This is a hands-on role working closely with the Head of Systems & Platforms, focused on listing management, performance monitoring, content optimization, compliance, review growth, and AirCover/damage claim coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Own OTA listing management, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance across Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and other platforms.
- Conduct weekly audits to identify errors, missing data, and policy mismatches; escalate high-impact issues as needed.
- Ensure brand consistency in titles, descriptions, photos, amenities, and content hierarchy across all listings.
- Monitor listing performance metrics, including visibility, clicks, bookings, cancellations, and reviews.
- Execute A/B tests and optimization initiatives to improve search ranking, conversion rates, and overall listing performance.
- Track review volume, ratings, and trends; support review uplift initiatives and ensure proper follow-up.
- Coordinate AirCover and damage claims, collecting evidence, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation.
- Partner with Operations and Housekeeping teams to ensure listings reflect real-time unit conditions.
- Document listing standards, updates, and SOPs; provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Monitor OTA policy changes, flag compliance risks, and ensure SmartStay maintains high account standing.
- Prepare weekly dashboards and reports on listing performance, optimizations, review trends, and claim status.
Qualifications & Experience
- Hands-on experience managing Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia listings at scale
- Strong understanding of OTA policies, compliance requirements, and content standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality control mindset
- Data-driven approach with experience in performance monitoring and reporting
- Familiarity with AirCover or damage claims workflows, evidence collection, and tracking
- Ability to document processes, maintain SOPs, and implement structured workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating across Operations, Guest Experience, and Systems teams
