As a E-Commerce Specialist, you’ll keep our online shop running smoothly end-to-end. You’ll optimize performance, and help deliver high-quality campaigns and product launches that strengthen our digital presence.

What you'll do
- Test the website after each release or update to ensure everything works smoothly
- Manage product visibility and information on the e-shop (hide/unhide, update descriptions, etc.)
- Coordinate tasks, briefs, and deliverables with our external web agency
- Oversee transactions and settings across our e-shop, email marketing tools, and creative platforms
- Troubleshoot website, payment, checkout, and email-related issues
- Work within Shopify: research, evaluate, and manage apps/add-ons; propose and implement improvements
- Monitor website performance and flag issues or opportunities for optimization
- Explore and test AI-driven solutions (e.g., AI agents and automation tools)
- Help us experiment with AI-generated landing pages, email templates, and ad creatives, and continuously improve outputs through iteration
What makes you a great fit
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital operations
- Tech-savvy, organised, and detail-oriented
- Curious and motivated to explore AI tools and agents in a hands-on way
- Comfortable working with Shopify (or eager to learn)
- Strong communicator and proactive problem-solver
- Fluent in English and Czech
