What youβll do
- Drive international expansion by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in markets where snuggs is not yet present
- Lead market entry initiatives end-to-end: market research, partner mapping, entry strategy definition, and go-to-market execution
- Establish and scale B2B partnerships with key players such as drugstores, retailers, wholesalers, and strategic distributors
- Own commercial negotiations including pricing, margins, listings, and contractual terms, ensuring alignment with snuggsβ growth and profitability targets
- Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure smooth onboarding and successful launches in new markets
- Monitor partner performance and market results, using data and insights to optimize strategy, expand listings, and unlock additional growth opportunities
- Represent snuggs globally at industry events, trade fairs, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and generate new leads
What makes you a great fit
- 4+ years of experience in international sales, business development, or wholesale, ideally in consumer goods, retail, or DTC sectors
- Proven experience managing partners or distributors across multiple markets, driving both new business and ongoing account growth
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, ability to build strong, long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders at all levels
- An entrepreneurial mindset, a self-driven approach, and ability to execute independently in dynamic, fast-growing environments
- Willingness to travel internationally to meet partners, attend trade shows, and explore new markets firsthand
- Fluency in English, proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage
