Logistics:
- Ensure smooth delivery of online orders by coordinating with logistics partners.
- Manage orders: booking, scheduling, and tracking deliveries.
- Oversee our try-on service: liaise with lenders and renters, schedule deliveries, and handle payments.
- Coordinate dry-cleaning logistics and communication.
Customer Care:
- Be the first point of contact via phone, email, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
- Respond to inquiries from lenders and renters, providing support and escalating issues when needed.
- Help with Instagram customer service: gather contact details, start WhatsApp groups, and send welcome messages.
- Manage Instagram engagement: follow/unfollow accounts to grow our community.
- ID Verification
General Administration:
- Assist with data entry, research, and general admin tasks.
- Product uploads and approval.
- Support scheduling and other day-to-day activities to keep things running smoothly.
