Open Distribution is a newly formed area within StubHub’s Product and Technology organization, focused on building the future of partner inventory synchronization. As a Software Engineer II (Frontend) on the Content Right Holder Tooling team, you’ll lead the development of modern, intuitive frontend experiences using TypeScript and React, building tools our partners rely on every day. You’ll also help shape AI-powered user experiences, bringing intelligent automation, insights, and agent-driven workflows directly into the UI using technologies such as large language models, OpenAI, and Claude.
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote) – Santa Monica, CA
What You'll Do:
Build Polished, Frontend-First Experiences
- Design and build high-quality, user-centered interfaces using React and TypeScript, with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and visual clarity.
- Translate complex workflows and data into intuitive, scalable UI experiences for non-technical partners.
- Own frontend features end-to-end, from implementation to refinement, ensuring production-ready quality.
Bring AI-Powered Capabilities to Life in the UI
- Build frontend experiences that surface AI-driven insights, automation, and agent-based workflows in ways that are understandable, actionable, and trustworthy.
- Collaborate on integrating LLM-backed services into user-facing features, helping users interact with complex systems through intelligent, human-centered interfaces.
Shape a Scalable Frontend Platform
- Contribute to and evolve shared UI components, design systems, and frontend best practices to ensure consistency and maintainability across the tooling ecosystem.
- Partner closely with design, product, and backend engineers to deliver cohesive, well-architected solutions.
Continuously Improve the Product Experience
- Iterate on existing features to improve performance, usability, and visual polish as user needs and product requirements evolve.
- Advocate for frontend quality, thoughtful UX, and long-term maintainability.
