Staff Integration Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement integration solutions using technologies like IBM Integration Bus (IIB) and other relevant middleware.
• Engage in architectural reviews and ensure integration solutions align with best practices.
• Optimize and enhance the performance of existing integrations for improved efficiency.
• Work closely with development teams to define APIs and onboarding processes.
• Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices for integration processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
• Oversee the entire integration lifecycle, adhering to project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in integration engineering or a similar role.

• Extensive knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, and middleware technologies.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
