Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust ABAP reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for ABAP development.
- Optimize existing ABAP programs and ensure high performance and maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior team members.
- Participate in unit testing and assist with user acceptance testing to validate solutions.
- Document technical solutions and maintain knowledge repositories for future reference.
- Keep abreast of emerging SAP ABAP technologies and industry best practices to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP, performance tuning, and debugging techniques.
- Familiarity with modern SAP technologies, such as Fiori and SAP HANA, is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
