About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with real estate experience to support a seasoned entrepreneur who has built and sold multiple businesses. This role is focused on organization, execution, and follow-through—helping clean up and structure ongoing tasks while supporting day-to-day operations.
This is an ideal role for someone who has worked with North American real estate professionals and is comfortable handling email, calendars, task coordination, and repeatable admin workflows with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize inboxes; flag urgent emails and draft replies based on direction
- Calendar management, scheduling, and reminders
- Assist with task and project coordination (step-by-step execution of assigned projects)
- Organize files, documents, and digital systems
- Support real estate–related admin tasks (CRM updates, listing or deal-related documentation, follow-ups)
- Handle repeatable operational tasks once systems are in place
- Coordinate daily communication and status updates with the business owner
- Support lead handling and basic follow-up processes as systems evolve
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting Realtors or real estate teams in North America (required)
- Strong email management and written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to follow instructions precisely
- Comfortable working in a structured, agency-managed setup
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools and workflows quickly
- Reliable, detail-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice to Have
- CRM experience (real estate CRMs preferred)
- Experience supporting entrepreneurs or small business owners
- Exposure to lead management or basic sales admin support
