About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Social Media Strategist to clean up, rebuild, and relaunch an existing online presence. This role goes beyond posting—it requires someone who understands brand positioning, audience growth, and lead generation, especially for a real estate-focused business.
The Social Media Manager will take ownership of rebuilding profiles and creating a clear, professional online presence across multiple platforms, with the long-term goal of driving engagement and revenue, not just visibility. Platforms covered include LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit and clean up existing social media profiles
- Rebuild and optimize profiles for brand consistency and credibility
- Develop a clear content and growth strategy across platforms
- Create and manage posts tailored to each platform
- Identify opportunities to attract followers, engagement, and inbound interest
- Assist in creating or coordinating landing pages and squeeze pages
- Align content with business offerings and future product launches
- Track performance and recommend improvements based on results
- Collaborate closely with the business owner on messaging and positioning

Qualifications
- Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms professionally
- Strong understanding of branding, positioning, and audience growth
- Ability to think strategically while also executing consistently
- Comfortable rebuilding accounts from the ground up
- Experience supporting entrepreneurs, founders, or service-based businesses
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain strategy clearly
Nice to Have
- Experience in real estate, professional services, or personal branding
- Basic knowledge of lead funnels, landing pages, or conversion strategies
- Light PR or content distribution experience (articles, announcements, outreach)
