We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Design Specialist to lead the design, production, and deployment of marketing collateral across digital and print channels. This role works closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure brand consistency, deliver engaging content, and support campaigns and promotional activities.
Design
- Lead the design, creation, updating, and formatting of brochures, catalogues, specification sheets, guides, and promotional materials.
- Assist with various design tasks, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing outputs.
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to design and deploy social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Video editing skills required for dynamic posts.
- Support digital marketing activities, including website updates and email campaigns.
- Maintain and update marketing templates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company standards.
Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare client-facing presentations and proposals.
- Support coordination of campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Liaise with external designers, printers, and suppliers when required.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including filing, reporting, and database management.
- Perform other role-specific duties as they arise.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator highly regarded.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience preparing or supporting sales collateral in a commercial or distribution environment is desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Collaborative, supporting sales and marketing colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow within the organisation.
