About the Role
As an R&D Scientist in La Forge China team, you will define our research direction within your own area of expertise, narrowing down our focus to topics that advance public knowledge and help to create world-class games and technologies. You will oversee and develop state-of-the-art prototypes that bring innovations to players and across the company, in domains such as virtual characters and behaviors, digital content creation or systemic environments to name a few.

在计算机科学或相关技术领域拥有博士学位
拥有在应用或基础研究（在工业或学术界）的专业背景

精通 C++、Python 和框架，如 TensorFlow、PyTorch、Keras
高度协作，具有出色的人际交往和演示技巧
拥有好奇心、批判性思维，渴望为游戏行业解决现实的问题
良好的中英文沟通技巧
拥有管理团队的相关经验
加分项
在 NeurIPS、ICML、ACL、SIGGRAPH 或 GDC 等会议上发表过论文
