Role Overview
As a Business Development Trainee, you will support lead generation and early-stage business development activities while learning how professional consulting and sales operate.
Responsibilities:
• Research potential clients and market segments
• Assist in outreach and initial communication
• Support scheduling of introductory meetings
• Help maintain lead tracking and follow-ups
• Learn how consulting services are positioned and sold
• Support senior team members during active opportunities
