What we are seeking:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our fast-growing Tax team, with a focus on supporting CFOs of high-growth international businesses and private equity-backed companies. This role requires deep expertise in UK and global transfer pricing regulations, particularly in the context of leverage, deductibility, and cross-border structuring. You will be highly client-centric and able to build long-lasting relationships with senior stakeholders, including CFOs and tax directors. You will be responsible for delivering strategic transfer pricing solutions that support international expansion, transaction structuring, and tax-efficient financing arrangements for businesses at various stages of growth. This is a rare opportunity for a dynamic and commercially minded adviser to shape the future of our transfer pricing practice in a lean and agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex transfer pricing engagements, supporting CFOs of high-growth businesses with international expansion and financing structures.

• Advise on private equity-backed transactions, focusing on leverage, interest deductibility, and tax-efficient structuring.

• Develop tailored transfer pricing strategies that align with global tax regulations, BEPS requirements, and evolving compliance landscapes.

• Support pre-sale structuring and IPO readiness, ensuring transfer pricing policies optimize shareholder value and meet investor expectations.

• Drive growth in key accounts and lead cross-functional business development initiatives, collaborating across service lines.

• Oversee the integration of AI and automation in transfer pricing analysis, improving efficiency, compliance, and insight for clients.

• Build and develop high-potential talent, mentoring junior professionals and contributing to succession planning.

• Stay ahead of HMRC policy developments, case law, and global tax regulatory trends, advising clients on proactive strategies.

Desired Experience & Skills

• Proven expertise in UK and international transfer pricing regulations.

• Strong experience in private equity-backed businesses, including transactions involving leverage and deductibility considerations.

• Background in supporting high-growth companies expanding internationally, with knowledge of cross-border tax structuring.

• Ability to navigate fast-paced and complex environments, working collaboratively to find solutions for clients.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building trusted relationships with CFOs, shareholders, and tax leaders.

• Highly strategic thinker with a commercial mindset, proactive in identifying value-enhancing solutions beyond tax.
