We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented People Operations aficionado to join our small but mighty team. The ideal candidate will have impeccable attention to detail, thrives in a fast paced environment, and is an organization guru. This role will play an integral role in coordinating and executing various People and Office programs and processes and will work cross functionally with other teams across the organization.
This is a full-time hybrid position based in Lehi, Utah, with in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

What We Offer
Salary Range
In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Law, the salary for this role is $110,000-$130,000 in Lehi, Utah. This does not include our equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skill set, experience, job scope, and current market data.
