About the Role
Workwize is looking for Operations Interns to support and improve how we run services across our global operations. This internship is designed first and foremost as a learning experience — you’ll get hands-on exposure to real operational workflows while being supported by experienced teammates. Over 5–6 months, you’ll help us improve processes, build structure, and make execution smoother across the business.
This is a great role for someone with a strong attitude: tenacious, inquisitive, energized by challenges, and excited to take ownership early.
Key responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational workflows across services (e.g., tickets escalations and resolution, client coordination, project work)
- Identify and action potential process improvements that reduce manual work
- Create and maintain clear documentation (SOPs, playbooks, checklists) to support scalable operations growth
- Support cross-functional coordination with teams like Ops, Finance, Customer Success, Product, and external partners
- Help track and report operational metrics (cycle time, SLA adherence, error rates, backlog trends)
Education and experience
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Technical skills
- Comfortable working with data and tools like Notion and Slack
- Interest in automation a plus
Soft skills
- Tenacious and proactive: You see challenges as energising and moves problems forward
- Inquisitive: You asks good questions, digs into root causes, and learns quickly
- Structured communicator: You are clear in writing and verbal updates
